Bee Remover for Frames up to 28 cm Height with Li-ion Battery
The bee remover is designed for the vertical removal of bees from comb frames up to 28 cm high and is suitable for both AŽ and Langstroth (LR) frames.
It enables beekeepers to prepare frames more easily and quickly before uncapping, inspections, and other hive operations.
This bee-friendly device is much gentler on bees than conventional brushing by hand or with a bee brush. It can save more than 50% of working time and is particularly useful when creating nucleus colonies and splits.
The bee remover is powered by the included 6800 mAh Li-ion battery, providing approximately 6 hours of operation.
Bee removal is performed by horsehair brushes mounted on two parallel rotating shafts. The shafts rotate in opposite directions and gently remove the bees from the comb. Insert the honey frame vertically into the upper opening of the machine using both hands. Push the frame up to the upper edge of the opening and then carefully withdraw it from the device.
The bees are collected in a container securely attached to the housing by a special clamping plate and spring system. This prevents bees from escaping, even when the machine is placed on uneven ground.
After finishing the work, simply shake the collected bees back into the hive.
Cleaning is easy thanks to the stainless-steel construction. Both brush assemblies, including the drive mechanism, can be removed easily by loosening two screws. The machine operates quietly.
