Welcome to our official website of company LOGAR TRADE, d.o.o., manufacturer of high-quality beekeeping equipment made of stainless steel. On this page, we’ll do our best to answer your most frequently asked questions and respond to them. • How can I order a product?

  We accept orders over the phone (00 386 4 25 19 410) within working hours or via our email address info@logar-trade.si.

• How soon do you ship out the products after submitting an order?

  Products that are in stock are usually shipped out the same day if the order comes in until 10am or max. within 2 working days.

• Is the cost of the delivery included in the price?

  No, the delivery costs are paid by the customer and it depends on the weight/volume of the package and sensitivity of it.

• I have purchased a product on the online store but I’m not sure if I successfully submitted my order. How can I check that?

  After a successful order, you will receive an email from us that your order has been accepted. In case you have not received anything, please reach out to us over email info@logar-trade.si or give us a call on 00 386 4 25 19 410.

• Who delivers the goods and in what time frame?

  The ordered goods are being shipped by DPD. In most cases, the delivery date is the next working day from the pickup of the package by DPD at our physical store.

• Will the courier reach out to me before delivery?

  If you will fill out your phone number, you will receive a text message with a notification about the approximate time of the delivery.

• What payment options do you offer?

  - Cash payment in our physical store - Payment upon collection (cash payment or with a credit card upon receiving the delivery) - Pro forma invoice; we send the invoice over your email with the payment details

• Do you also have a physical store where I can see the products in person?

  Absolutely, feel free to visit us any time! It is located at the address: Poslovna cona A 41, SI-4208 Šenčur, Slovenia. Make sure to read our opening hours beforehand.

• Who can I reach out to if I don’t find an answer to one of my questions?

• What do I do if the delivered goods are damaged?

  In case the package upon delivery is damaged, you need to inform the courier about it so that a note can be made about the damage, or reject the package. In case a note upon receiving the package is not done, a complaint will not be valid.

• I’m not liking the product that I ordered, what can I do?

  The product can be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the order. Bringing or sending the product back to the company, counts as a message of contract termination. The delivered product must be unused, without any damages and in original packaging with an enclosed original invoice and any other documentation, if necessary. The customer does not have the right to return the product after it was manufactured upon their detailed instructions or in cases of perishable goods (like wax foundations).
