Products that are in stock are usually shipped out the same day if the order comes in until 10am or max. within 2 working days.
No, the delivery costs are paid by the customer and it depends on the weight/volume of the package and sensitivity of it.

The ordered goods are being shipped by DPD. In most cases, the delivery date is the next working day from the pickup of the package by DPD at our physical store.
If you will fill out your phone number, you will receive a text message with a notification about the approximate time of the delivery.

In case the package upon delivery is damaged, you need to inform the courier about it so that a note can be made about the damage, or reject the package. In case a note upon receiving the package is not done, a complaint will not be valid.
The product can be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the order. Bringing or sending the product back to the company, counts as a message of contract termination. The delivered product must be unused, without any damages and in original packaging with an enclosed original invoice and any other documentation, if necessary. The customer does not have the right to return the product after it was manufactured upon their detailed instructions or in cases of perishable goods (like wax foundations).
