In addition, the following data are also stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: e-mail address, first name, surname, company, VAT ID number, telephone number.
The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we will not be able to conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price and to the delivery services/transport companies commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods and to our tax advisor for the fulfilment of our tax obligations.
The retention period for personal data (billing data and related contact details of individuals) may be retained for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations until the purchase has been paid in full, or at the latest until the expiry of the statute of limitations in relation to the individual claim, which may by law range from one to five years. Invoices are kept for 10 years after the end of the year to which the invoice relates, in accordance with the law governing VAT.
