The 4-frame honey extractor with a gear motor 110 W / 230 V and a safety switch that stops the motor when the lid is opened. The extractor has no bottom and is mounted directly onto the straining tank, secured with a clamping ring. This prevents accidental tipping and ensures stability during operation. Honey extracted from the frames flows directly into the straining tank below.

The straining tank is primarily designed for filtering honey during extraction. It features two welded stainless steel outlet valves: the upper valve for transferring filtered honey into a container, the lower valve for final emptying of the tank. Inside the tank are a drip ring and a high-capacity fine filter. During extraction, the honey level rises to the upper outlet valve and then flows into a container. A filled tank allows continuous filtration, as wax residues float to the surface, preventing clogging of the filter even during all-day operation.

After extraction, the tank is fully emptied through the lower valve. Before that, wax residues floating on the surface should be skimmed off. We recommend placing the tank on a stand to facilitate complete draining.

The tank can also be used for jar filling, as the lower valve allows clean honey flow, and for storage. A sealed lid is available as an optional accessory. For airtight closure, use the adjustable clamping ring that connects the extractor and the tank.

Cleaning of both the extractor and the straining tank is simple. All parts that come into contact with honey are made from food-grade materials. The extractor lid is made of transparent acrylic glass.

The extractor is suitable for frames up to 30 cm in height and 48 cm top bar length.
