Honey creamer and mixer 25 kg

A practical device for mixing smaller quantities of honey and for making creamed honey.

The honey mixer is intended for regular use in beekeeping for mixing various liquid honey blends, homogenizing honey, and producing creamed honey.

Due to the small capacity of the tank, the device is also suitable for smaller beekeeping operations where smaller quantities of honey are processed. This allows hobbyist beekeepers to produce honey blends and creamed honey that would otherwise only be possible with larger and more expensive professional equipment.

The honey mixing device consists of:
- 35 kg honey tank made of stainless-steel.
- Gear motor with a stirrer featuring two opposing stirring blades and an additional adjustable height stirring blade.
- Acrylic lid: during mixing, the device is sealed with an acrylic lid, preventing contamination of the product, and ensuring compliance with high hygiene standards.
- Stainless steel honey gate, cleanly cutting the honey.

The mixing time depends on the properties of the media being mixed, and the homogenization time depends on the viscosity and temperature of the honey. Mixing can also be used to produce creamed honey.

The honey mixer is easy to use and clean, as the gearbox on the shaft can be easily removed from the container along with the stirring blades.
