Innovation in the field of honey sieving and filtering

The rotating sieve system is designed for faster and more efficient honey filtering. Thanks to the centrifugal force of the rotating sieve, the sieving flow rate is up to 6 times higher than with static sieves. Additionally, the device enables the sieving of beeswax caps.

Material: stainless steel W. Nr. 1.4301/AISI 304

2 x fine sieve made of MESH 26 fabric, window size = 0.71 mm
1 x round coarse sieve made of MESH 12 fabric, window size = 1.66 mm

The container is made of stainless steel, has 2 handles for easy handling, and a honey gate. Inside the container, there is a rotating mechanism with a holder for the removable fine sieve basket. On top of the container, a round coarse sieve with a diameter of 25 cm is inserted into the retaining ring.

HONEY FILTERING PROCESS
- Place the device on a flat surface.
- Attach the fine sieve basket to the rotating holder of the device and place the retaining ring with the coarse round sieve on top of the edge of the container.
- Prepare a container or bucket for collecting the honey under the honey gate.
- Turn on the device by operating the switch, causing the fine sieve to start rotating around its axis.
- Open the honey gate and begin pouring the honey through the coarse sieve into the device."

To make the filtering easier, lift the honey tank over the sieving device so that the honey can flow directly and continuously into the rotating sieve. Ensure that the honey tap of the upper tank is opened wide enough to achieve an appropriate honey flow.

Finely sieved honey flows from the honey tap into the provided bucket or tank.

The centrifugal force generated during the rotation of the fine sieve increases the flow rate of the sieving process by 6 times, making the rotating sieving process significantly more efficient and faster compared to static sieves.

If the honey contains many wax residues, you should pause the process as needed and replace or clean the fine sieve basket.
