Filling machine for honey Honeyaid® with Turntable Auto S

Combination of the HONEYAID® honey filling machine and the AUTO S turntable for a semi-automated filling process.

Advantages of upgrading the filling machine with a rotary loader:
- shorter time for filling honey into jars: the remaining time can be used for capping and labelling the jars,
- saving time also means saving money.

TECHNICAL FEATURES:
- compact design, it takes up only a little space: width 320 mm x length 350 mm, weight = 16 kg
- filling speed: up to 400 jars at 500 g/h
- maximum speed: 420 l/h or 600 kg/h

CAPACITY of the turntable: there is space for 35 x 500 g glass OR 45 x 250 g glass.
A capacitive sensor for recognising glass, plastic, cardboard or metal packaging is included in the scope of delivery.

Alternatively, the rotary table can be equipped with a mobile base or connected to a conveyor belt.
