Steam generator 6 kW/400 V with water tank

A portable 6 kW steam generator is specifically designed for beekeeping purposes, such as melting old combs in larger wax melters and for melting old combs through the centrifugation process. The evaporator can start producing steam in just about 4 minutes after starting. When the water in the heating reservoir is already hot, a powerful heater enables steam production within seconds. Once a sufficiently high temperature is reached in the container, the wax melts and flows out. Due to the rapid steam startup, the cycles for changing the combs in the baskets are shorter.
The steam generator is designed to operate without pressure, and water can be added to the reservoir at any time, even during operation. Operating the steam generator is simple. The electromagnetic valve, controlled by switches, ensures that there is always enough water in the heating reservoir and also protects the heater in case of low water levels.
