he portable 6 kW steam generator is specifically designed for beekeeping applications – for melting old combs in larger steam wax melters as well as for processing old combs using the centrifugation method.

The evaporator begins producing steam in just over 4 minutes after start-up. Once the water in the heating tank is preheated, the powerful heating element enables steam to be released within a few seconds. When a sufficiently high temperature is reached inside the chamber, the wax melts and drains off. Thanks to the rapid steam start-up, the cycles for changing combs in the baskets are shorter.

The steam generator is designed for continuous automatic water supply under pressure, with a solenoid valve automatically regulating the water level in the heating reservoir. The operation of the steam generator is simple.
