Budget-friendly semi-automatic honey bottling set with an innovative, drip-free valve

Suitable for dispensing thicker, high-viscosity liquids that do not contain solid particles (like honey). When the tap is closed, the medium is cut off precisely at the shut-off point, preventing dripping.

The filling system is mounted on our 50 kg honey tank with inclined bottom for easier flow. A servo motor, mounted on the lever of the drip-free honey filling tap, controls the closing of the filling tap. The honey filling machine is designed for semi-automatic filling of honey or other liquids with viscous consistency.

The filling process starts automatically when an empty jar is detected based on the stored tare value. The filling quantity is measured with a built-in external scale, electronically controlled. The filled jars are counted with a counter. The filling quantities can be set between 30 g and 2,000 g. Operation is via a 2.8'' colour monitor and an extensive setting menu. The filling process is completely hygienic and simple; constant monitoring of the outlet tap is not required. Users can close jar lids and apply labels while filling.
