Honey heater ø 51 cm, 1.500 W – with protection

The pedestal honey heater is designed for liquefying crystallised honey.

It consists of a stainless-steel spiral heating element, a stand and an electric thermostat that allows temperature adjustment from 30°-90°C and a stainless-steel handle that protects the thermostatic housing from damage.

PROTECTION: The honey melter is equipped with a temperature limiter that is activated when the thermostat of the device fails. When the heater reaches a temperature of approx. 83°C, the red lamp lights up and the temperature limiter switches off the honey heater. This prevents further overheating of honey.

Place the honey melter on crystallised honey and cover the heating coil with honey. As the honey liquefies, the heating coil descends towards the bottom of the container. Short-term heating does not overheat the honey.

The heater can also be used to heat the honey at a suitable temperature before bottling it in jars.
