The pedestal honey heater is designed for liquefying crystallised honey.

It consists of a pipe heater in the form of a spiral and a control box with an EGO thermostat, which allows a temperature selection of 30°-90°C. The metal handle of the heater protects the control housing from damage. The capillary of the thermostat temperature sensor is mounted directly on the heating coil.

Place the honey melter on crystallised honey and cover the heating coil with honey. As the honey liquefies, the heating coil descends towards the bottom of the container. Short-term heating does not overheat the honey.

The heater can also be used to heat the honey at a suitable temperature before bottling it in jars.
